Rakia Global provides workers from Poland, Romania, other Central and Eastern European countries, and Asia.

All the foreign workers come from abroad to their destination for a particular assignment and therefore we do not normally provide temporary workers for very short periods, for example, one or two weeks.

Once the client explains his/her needs to Rakia, we then study the project extensively and therefore analyze the precise needs of the clients. Based on our results we choose the workers who will best match the requirements of the project.

We can also search for and introduce whole companies and crews that will work as subcontractors, getting remuneration in the form of an hourly or piecework system.

The client will be provided with an English speaking group manager. The manager will also be responsible for any organizational issues and will ensure proper communication, and that the work is performed in a safe, efficient and correct manner.

In most cases, the period between the client’s order and the start of assignment is not longer than three to four weeks and is often shorter.
